Tell us who you are
Include your name, the phone number or email address you used, and if you know it, the company you were in touch with. We may ask you to confirm that the data is yours.
We handle it
If it concerns your own account or your contact with us, we delete your data within one month. If it concerns data a business keeps in Sealbuddy, we forward your request to that business and help it handle your request within one month. We let you know when it is done.
What gets deleted
- your contact details and your account, if you have one;
- WhatsApp messages and media to and from your number;
- notes, appointments and deals about you.
What sometimes has to be kept
Only what the law requires to be kept, such as invoices.
Were you in touch with a company that uses Sealbuddy?
Then you can send your request to that company, or to us. We find out which company it is, forward your request and help with the deletion. The company decides about the data it keeps itself.
Just want the messages to stop?
Reply “STOP” on WhatsApp or block the number. You will get no more messages, even before your request is handled.
