The service
Sealbuddy is a CRM, provided by TvH Solutions (KvK 98654594). It runs in the browser, and it can be added to the home screen of a phone so it works like an app. Sealbuddy is made for businesses, not for private use.
Accounts
A business creates accounts for the people who work there and decides what each of them may see and do. Every account belongs to one person, and sign-in details are not to be shared with others.
A business that wants to use WhatsApp connects its own WhatsApp Business number through Meta. By doing so, it agrees to follow WhatsApp’s rules: it only messages people who have given their consent, and it honours an opt-out straight away. Any fees Meta charges for messages are paid by the business.
Data
Everything a business puts into Sealbuddy remains its own. We process that information only on the business’s behalf and in line with our privacy policy. When the agreement ends, we delete the information, unless the law requires us to keep part of it.
Availability
We do our best to keep Sealbuddy working well and within reach, but we cannot promise a fixed level of availability. Sealbuddy is provided as it is.
Liability
If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the amount the business paid us in the twelve months before the damage occurred. This limit does not apply when the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
Price and term
The price, the length of the agreement and the way it can be cancelled are set out in the quotation or plan the business agreed to.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
